Cantu Hair Cream Advertisement Spread

Junior year I worked on a team to create an advertising spread to promote Cantu. For this project, I would like to highlight my additions specifically. While I did create the circle assets with the images, my two main contributions were creative direction and portrait photography.

The initial concept design was sketched by me and incorporated the colors of the brand to gain a sense of the energy and balance.

I wanted to capture joy and confidence with my shots. The more stoic shots felt staged, so in an attempt to feel more genuine I tried cracking jokes and hyping up my models so they could shine through more.
